What does the price include? Included in the price is admission for 1½ hours, buffet food, soft-drinks, coffee &  tea, homemade ice cream, self-picture opportunities with Easter Bunny and service gratuity.

Do I have to bring my printed confirmation email to the event? Please at least be prepared to have a virtual copy on your phone. It will be helpful in the event of any discrepancy.

Can I purchase tickets at the door? This is a sold out event every year. Only tickets purchased online will be admitted.

Can I purchase tickets in person or through telephone? No. You must purchase tickets through our website. This helps us best to keep organized.

Can I pay with cash or gift card? No. Only credit card payments through our website will be accepted.

How will seating work? We will be arranging our tables to seat a great variety of size parties. Management will take into consideration party size, handicap limitations, and on a “first come first serve” basis.

What is the refund policy? You will be able to receive a refund on tickets minus a 15% processing fee through April 14, 2019.  We cannot refund any tickets or cancel any reservations after April 14, 2019.

How will allergies/dietary restrictions be handled? Buffets are always tricky. Please include any allergy or dietary restrictions in the comments including notes about the severity of them and if need be the event organizer will reach out to you.
